Our Story
Paulie's was born from a wild idea: take the best food you've ever had at a carnival and make it available 24/7. Owner "Bungie Paul" Kotran ran the United States' biggest mobile bungee jump attraction before opening Paulie's in 2006 — and that same all-in energy goes into every dog and cheesesteak we make.
Award-winning hot dogs and chili dogs are our calling card. But we've got a full kitchen cranking out the area's best cheesesteaks, gyros, and fresh-cut fries too. When the weather warms up, look for funnel cakes, deep fried Oreos, and ice cream.
